My work, including embodiment coaching, equine assisted sessions, workshops, and content, is educational and coaching-based in nature. It is intended to support self-awareness, embodiment, and personal growth, and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care. My approach is informed by Somatic Focalising, mindfulness and meditation practices, and animal and nature-assisted learning. This work is designed to complement, not replace, the support of licensed mental health professionals. If you are seeking clinical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to connect with a qualified practitioner. Where helpful, I can also support you in finding appropriate trauma-informed referral pathways. By engaging in these offerings, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.
