In Person Sessions
An invitation to explore, learn, and grow by nature, with horses, and through play.
These in-person sessions for children and teens use equine assisted learning practices to build confidence, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical problem solving skills. Through engaging, hands on activities with horses, participants practice stepping into challenges, making choices, and noticing how their thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected.
Horses are natural teachers. They respond to energy, body language, and presence, giving immediate honest feedback in a safe and supportive way. Working alongside horses helps young people develop self awareness, communication skills, resilience, and confidence often without needing to talk, overthink, or perform.
