About

Nature Of Possibilites

Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Paula, and my work is centred around supporting women to reconnect with themselves in a deeper, more compassionate way. Many women arrive here feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or at a crossroads in life, quietly longing to feel more grounded, clear, and at home within themselves.

Through body-based practices, mindfulness, nature connection, and relational support, I offer spaces that invite slowing down, listening inward, and gently rebuilding trust in your own inner wisdom. My approach is grounded in presence, compassion, and deep listening, honouring that every person’s experience and journey is unique.

My own path through burnout, loss, and significant life challenges has deeply shaped the way I hold this work. Along the way, I discovered the profound support found in embodiment practices, the wisdom of horses, and the restorative rhythm of the natural world. These experiences continue to inform the spaces I create today.

I bring together my experience as a Somatic Focalising practitioner, Animal and Nature-Assisted Learning practitioner, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, alongside my current counselling studies. Beyond qualifications, I value authenticity, gentleness, and creating spaces where people feel truly seen and supported, exactly as they are.

If you feel drawn to this work, I warmly invite you to book a free 20-minute connection phone call.

I look forward to walking beside you.

With warmth,

Paula x

My work, including embodiment coaching, equine assisted sessions, workshops, and content, is educational and coaching-based in nature. It is intended to support self-awareness, embodiment, and personal growth, and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care. My approach is informed by Somatic Focalising, mindfulness and meditation practices, and animal and nature-assisted learning. This work is designed to complement, not replace, the support of licensed mental health professionals. If you are seeking clinical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to connect with a qualified practitioner. Where helpful, I can also support you in finding appropriate trauma-informed referral pathways. By engaging in these offerings, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live and offer my work. I honour their enduring connection to Country, to land, waters, animals, and spirit, and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that this land holds stories far older than my own, and I walk here with reverence and care.
