Online & In Person Sessions

Embodiment coaching is a gentle, trauma-informed way of coming back into relationship with your body, your inner world, and the deeper wisdom that lives beneath thought.

So often we’re taught to push through, figure things out in our heads, or override the quiet signals our body gives us. But clarity and meaningful change rarely come from force.

They tend to come when we feel safe enough to pause… and listen.

In my work, I use a modality called Focalising, which offers a structured but intuitive process to connect with felt sensations, emotions, and imagery. It’s not about analysing or fixing, it’s about building capacity in your nervous system to gently be with what’s here, without getting overwhelmed.

This approach honours your pace, your boundaries, and your body’s own timing. It’s especially supportive for those who feel stuck, burnt out, disconnected, or unsure of the “next step,” but know something in them is ready for a different way.

Embodiment coaching is a co-created space where I walk alongside you, helping you stay curious, compassionate, and connected to the part of you that already knows the way forward.

Focalising is the core modality I use in Embodiment Coaching. Developed by Dr. Michael Picucci, it draws from somatic psychology, trauma science, and spiritual practice, but at its heart, it’s about presence. About slowing down enough to listen to the deeper knowing already living within you.

Focalising is not about analysing or fixing. It’s a gentle process that invites you to notice what’s happening in your body, in this moment, with curiosity and care. Through sensations, images, and emotion, we access the felt sense beneath thought, the place where clarity, insight and new possibilities often emerge.

We begin by connecting to resource, a sense of support, ease, or grounding, and from there, we explore what’s ready to be seen. There’s no pushing. No pressure to re-tell the story. Only the invitation to come home to what's present, one moment at a time.

This work can support:

  • Feeling emotionally burnt out, exhausted, or disconnected from yourself and your life

  • Caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling unsure what you actually feel beneath it all

  • Experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or a sense that everything feels like “too much”

  • Feeling stuck in something, an old pattern, relationship, season of life, or version of yourself and knowing something needs to shift, but not knowing how to move forward

  • Longing for change, clarity or relief, but feeling unsure where to begin or how to take the first step

  • Wanting to reconnect more deeply with yourself, your body, and a sense of groundedness in life

What makes Focalising different?

  • You don’t need to rehash the past or retell the story

  • We work with what’s present now, not what “should” be happening

  • We start from resource, building safety and capacity before anything else

  • The process is co-created and paced by your body’s wisdom

  • It gently restores nervous system balance and trust

  • There’s space for complexity. Opposing emotions, resistance, and unknowns are welcome

This work is designed to complement, not replace, the support of licensed mental health professionals. If you are seeking clinical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to connect with a qualified practitioner. Where helpful, I can also support you in finding appropriate trauma-informed referral pathways. By engaging in these offerings, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live and offer my work. I honour their enduring connection to Country, to land, waters, animals, and spirit, and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that this land holds stories far older than my own, and I walk here with reverence and care.
