Building Self Trust Through Embodiment

Welcome

I'm so glad you're here!

I’m Paula, a somatic guide, mother, and sensitive soul devoted to creating spaces where women can reconnect with themselves. Our bodies hold a quiet wisdom, and meaningful change often begins when we feel safe enough to truly listen. Through gentle, compassionate guidance, I support those who are navigating life transitions, experiencing burnout, or struggling with a lack of purpose. My intention is to help you feel seen, heard, and guided back to your unique inner wisdom.

About

A gentle approach that supports you to reconnect with your body, inner experience, and deeper wisdom. We slow down together, building capacity to stay with what is present, so clarity, connection, and meaningful change can gently emerge from within.

A unique opportunity to be supported by nature and the presence of horses. These sessions invite stillness, reflection, and connection to self, no horse experience required. Come as you are. Offered in person on peaceful private land surrounded by nature.

Fun and engaging sessions for children and teens focused on building confidence, emotional regulation, and practical problem-solving. Working alongside our herd of horses, these sessions gently nurture self-awareness, resilience, and a growing sense of confidence.

My work, including embodiment coaching, equine assisted sessions, workshops, and content, is educational and coaching-based in nature. It is intended to support self-awareness, embodiment, and personal growth, and is not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or psychiatric care. My approach is informed by Somatic Focalising, mindfulness and meditation practices, and animal and nature-assisted learning. This work is designed to complement, not replace, the support of licensed mental health professionals. If you are seeking clinical or therapeutic support, I encourage you to connect with a qualified practitioner. Where helpful, I can also support you in finding appropriate trauma-informed referral pathways. By engaging in these offerings, you take responsibility for your own wellbeing and participation.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Kaurna people as the Traditional Custodians of the land where I live and offer my work. I honour their enduring connection to Country, to land, waters, animals, and spirit, and pay my respects to Elders past, present and emerging. I recognise that this land holds stories far older than my own, and I walk here with reverence and care.
